Will you provide a free initial consultation?

Yes. I would love to find out the details of your project. I would then provide you with a free project estimate.

What are your fees?

Fees are set on a per-project basis. Once you have shared the basic specifications for your project, I will provide you with a detailed estimate for your review.

Do you require a downpayment up front?

Yes, I ask for a mutually agreed upon percentage prior to the start of the project. This downpayment is nonrefundable. Then the balance is due 30 days from receipt of the final invoice. In the case of more robust projects, we might discuss a second payment due at the time we hit a specific milestone in the project.

Is there a contract we would sign prior to beginning a project?

Yes. Once you’ve approved the estimate, which includes the project details, a contract will be signed.
